Bad neck and Arms a few bad weeks in general

It's been over 2 weeks now since the return call from Barclays was promised to me, I take this as further signs of bad faith between our two parties,

I've really struggled over the last 3 weeks as my neck injury has been playing up, meaning I've not been able to use my arms for any period of time to write, scana or work productively.

But next week I'm going to ask barclays again to supply me the files I've requested, for the last 10 years. We much now be with 20 pages either side of the timeline they deny exists. but reviewing it on chronological order it can't be far off.
