What have I learnt this week, Barclays likes to conduct business in virtual titty bars, likes to use ambigous sign language and likes to stick to a script about how nothing is, was or could ever have been their fault.... I'm not going to investigate that claim cos that's got legs hasn't it. I mean a huge bank like never so much as bending a few rules to better suit their narrative..? Come on.... anyway they claim a new document is heading my way and I hope it has the information I want in it. Otherwise they're still not giving me the documents I requested that they are obliged to keep as part of the contracts for each mortgage. Due diligence is such a nightmare and legal compliance, my goodness... what an awful mess you can get yourself into... unless you have all the paperwork....

I on the other hand have all my statements from Barclays.... because I ad to submit everything to the courst for my personal injury case... Which I informed Barclays about 12 years ago.... so they can't claim they didn't know

If you have a barclays mortgage you might want to request your original documents as well..! WHo know what horrors are in those files.
