Well here we are, Barclays chooses to ignore me, yet they claim I can look at my online statement... the only problem I can't log on to it as my account does not exist since they #DeBanked me.

#Barclays has appointed #solicitors to discuss things with me.... But their appointed solicitors can't talk to me. As they've, according to the firm have not been authorised to negotiate with me. "The claim" via the Solicitors, is that #contracts entered into can be broken at will without #Barclays facing any consequences.
A deal with the bank could be described as a mixed bag of items, one contract can depend on the information contained in another. My #Mortgage was dependant on the information about my business and what I claimed to be income. The money in my business was generated as income to me, #Barclays chose to close both my #business and #personal #accounts and perhaps the simple question I want answered is.
"If the bank closes all my accounts, how am i meant to pay the mortgage..?"
I wasn't given notice, I was allowed to get another account.... the axe fell and I've had to try and pickup the pieces #CustomerExperience suggests this isn't right
However #Barclays answer was simple "that isn't our problem!"
#Barclays claim they can enter into a contract with full knowledge that they may want to break it..? How's that a contract between a party of equals..? entering into an agreement of equals..?
