A Season of Good Will, so why negotiate..?

I realise that not saying anything says to much... in the mind of #barclays who seem to think ignoring me will make it all go away.... But the reality is entirely different to what they believe it to be.


The offers I made stand and it's up to #BarclaysUK to choose what they want to do next., bearing in mind they lied, coerced, threatened and generally acted in the most unreasonable manner contrary to their own published guidelines on how to deal with a complaint. They knowingly caused the problem and now think that somehow, by saying nothing and weaponising silence it'll somehow go away.


We have listened to the Ombudsman's recommendation and tried to negotiate, and all we've had back is silence... which will lead to another complaint... which will lead to another decision and more bad press for #BarclaysUK....


All I want is an end to the bullying, the lying and the behaviour that's akin to a sociopath. Blaming the victim for being the victim and that #BarclaysUK had not other choices... but to bring this level of harm to us...
