Over the last few days I've had a look who's been looking at the site and it's become very clear that Barclays are spending a reasonable time looking at this site. With hits; from London, Northampton, Leicester and Liverpool. Which raises the question why? There are several possible answers, they'd like to know what I think of them, and that's really not changed. Using fair comment and how we've been treated it would be fair to say that anyone caught in my position would have much the same opinions.

Let's be perfectly frank here, Barclays was recommended to negotiate with me, todate they've not made any attempt to do so. Instead it would appear they have misrepresented a version of events to favour their aims and goals. I have remained steadfast, as the facts in this can't be altered. These facts are still as below

  1. Barclays closed my account, whoch made it impossible for me to pay anyone including Barclays

  2. Barclays claims they closed my account, after ten years of asking that the account was BDTL (bad debt toal loss) which is a lie

  3. Barclays claims that after I informed them of my personal injury claim they did everythng to help, which is a lie

  4. Because iof Barclays direct action a debt was created in my name of around 100K, for which they held me liable, if they hadn't closed my account the debt would not have been created.

  5. I was invited then coerced into crystalising the above mentioned debt into reality, by Barclays. Barclays knew and caused my circumstances. To offer this solution was an invitation for me to commit fraud.

  6. I declined to be party of illegal activity, refused to sign the debt into a loand and now Barclays are seeking to punish me. (not exactly cricket is it)

  7. Barclays sent a man who represented himself as a negotiator to my home, it later turned out he was a field agent. Who tried to put the squeeze on me, to fold under pressure..... (a sort of low rent barclays punisher, whom I sent packing)

  8. The Ombudsman found in my favour for the poor treatment and ineffect harrassment we recieved from Barclays as a vulnerable family.

  9. Barclays has had several offers from me to close this matter, the Barclays employees whom have heard these offers have agreed these are reasonable offers to end this.

  10. If Barclays stops, comes to negotiate with me. We can all moved forward, if I stop this can happen to anyone.

Might does not make them right....! and Barclays would do well to manage this PR nightmare they've created...! guess I'll be inviting him to the site next....

The Ombudsman cometh

So we've been back to the #Ombudsman, after being ignored by #Barclays since the 23rd Jan 2025 this year which in my opinion needed to be be looked at. I should clarify for the last 10+ years we've h
