#Barclays fails to address the elephant in the room.... for the last 16 years just my personal story is horrific, I've now been told about another issue... which brings the number of people getting screwed over by #Barclays. The #FCA recommended in my case that negotiations would be the best way forward. The #Ombudsman recommended dialogue and #negotiations to rebuild the trust #Barclays destroyed.

#Barclays on the other hand seems to think it does not need to do anything, doesn't need to answer my question can continue to hide information about me from everyone including their own staff.. #LifeAtBarclays

I love the idea how we're all meant to be able to get on, and have trust in banks. The reality of the last 16 years. Makes me think the leadership of #Barclays aren't capable of running a bath..
