3 months on and NOTHING

I've requested via #Barclays own appoint ed solicitos #TLTLLP to get. a #settlement figure, after 16 years of being first #DeBanked then #Ignored #marginalised and generally treated pretty badly. The #Ombudsman on the treatment we've had found in our favour, and recommended #Negotiation as the best way to move forward. #CustomerExperience


However I've not had a single message back, not officially reply from the solicitors and no Settlement figure. This raises a couple of questions


  1. How can we negotiate without knowing what they claim is the money they want?

  2. How can we follow a process when there's nothing, by way of reply from #Barclays ?

  3. What's the end game? for both sides. For my side I'd like some answers

    A./ why was I #debanked

    B./ What process was used to get this #DeBanking past the wire?

C./ What does Barclays want from me...? It's obvious they don't want me as a client so why hold me in Limbo for 16 years when they are the popel that broke every contract in existence between us.


Strangely enough I've had yet another automated email telling me that I can log onto the account in question that no longer exists!

I can't log on, I can't get a #settlement figure, #Barclays won't reply to me, #Barclays won't engage or negotiate. #TLTLLP #Barclays solicitors won't reply but claim they are engaged to deal with me as they stated


My personal view is "Barclays is full of shit"
