So I've written to Barclays again to request the paperwork either side of what the claim is my acceptance of their terms. This is the Paperwork that shows their process of how a clients ability to pay is measured and assessed and this form part of the contract.

Barclays claim this paperwork is not something I'm entitled to see, however this raises a simple question if it's about me, has information sensitive to my indiivdual claim, why would they beable to withhold it...? Add to the simple fact they first claimed it did exist, which we've now establised was a lie.

SO how much longer can they keep up a position based on a lie...? The Ombudsman already found in my favour about the porr treated.! So is this Old poor treatment, new poor treatment, Would I beable to go back to the Ombudsman and ask them to get involved again..?

My MP kindly requested the information and Barclays basically refused to send any information to him, even after we gave him full consent to request this on our behalf...

Barclays hides behind a wall of silence, which suggests I have a point, I've called them liars cheats and thieves... To which there has been nothing... not even a solicitors letter asking me for proof of my allegation... Which they can have if they actually came to the table to discuss it...

However they choose not to and we remain indispute.... so for the last 12 years we've had this going on.... It's insane the more I think about it.... they've taken a massive shit on my credit rating, threatened me, caused my wife's breakdown, after they destoryed my business. The effort poured into harming us as people is extra ordinary and makes me wonder what are they really hiding...? Could my claim be the tip of the iceberg and I presume I'm one of hundreds if not thousands of people being held to ransom by Barclays Bank in our own home....

it could easily be the case..... and if I was in Barclays position I would probably keep quiet or make a deal with the individual concerned.... cos it this becomes public knowledge then the damage this could to the bank could be enourmous...!

The Ombudsman cometh

So we've been back to the #Ombudsman, after being ignored by #Barclays since the 23rd Jan 2025 this year which in my opinion needed to be be looked at. I should clarify for the last 10+ years we've h
