So I gues I can now, look out the wording as per the Ombudsman's recommendation to negotiate, as it does not state that I should do anything, it states as a recommendation that "we" should negotiate.... That we includes #Barclays..... Also bearing in mind can we finally just confirm, it was Barclays that closed all my accounts after my near fatal accident.... and this was the root cause of the arrears, as I was unable to pay anyone... which included Barclays....

While Barclays has always claimed there's no fault from their side, it does appear to the untrained eye... that this could be another lie... sorry alternative truth... is the more politically correct way to describe it.

Mr. C. S. Venkatkrishnan will be getting an email and letter about this, cos it this is customer care then I struggle to see how this serves any purpose whatsoever.....

Barclays wants all the benefit of a contract but none of the responsibility of the contract. A contract that they broke by the simple action of closing my accounts. I've offered to settle this matter, Barclays however thinks they can just steam roller folks into submission. That might is right even when it's wrong.... !

Barclays now claims it's for ME to negotiate, that simply is NOT what the Ombudsman recommended. I've made three offers to settle this matter, all the Barclays staff wtih whom I've spoke about have agree my offers are the simplest and most elegant ways to deal with this mess.... It's the SLT senior leadership team that chooses to ignore me. Worse they can't show me what they claim is evidence.. I just want to see the answers to my simple questions how did it go wrong, who signed the order, where is my 30K which Barclays appears to have liberated, kept, lost or stolen.... why did some try to break into my house.... why was I threatened, why was I coerced into committing fraud at the Weybridge Branch when the bank had full knowledge of the situation.

#BarclaysResults are not all that, 14 years and no result just more grief than I ever thought possible....!

I have to ask, as a customer and you should too. the victim expirience is 100%, this injury is hard to explain, and there should be a moment where everyone takes a step back. So the actual position we
