2 months since I made my submission

So we have 2 months slip under the bridge, I've requested a settlement figure, from which we can move forward and Barclays and their solicitors have produced zilch, nada, nothing, I would go as far as to say they coughed up fuckall....

They have not as recommended engage in dialogue, negotiations or anything they'\ve not provided the requested information...

How do we move forward..? well your guess is as good as mine....

I suppose I can always give them another call see what comes from that...
