In the now nearly 13 years, Barclays has done the following, tried to break into my house, at least once, tried to get me to commit fraud in Branch. Threatened me, sent me countless solicitors letters telling me I should be very careful cos they're right and I'm wrong.
However they've not sent the requested information, claim they can't use emails to communicate with clients, don't have access to files that directly relates to a contract. They vacated when they DeBanked me... yet they claim I'm in the wrong.... and we've not even gotten started yet.... and they still have my money...!.

General Background
You maybe wondering how a load of nobodies could find themselves at the wrong side of Barclays Bank. The answer is very simple. It all this came about. After my serious accident in 2009 my then legal team carried out an audit into me to establish the specifics of loss and damages claim. The information was startling and lead me to ask some questions of Barclays Bank. The results of that initial conversation set the tone of everything that's happened and everything Barclays has chosen to do to us. It suggested that our mortgage was at best missold at worst was criminal lending, the facts have never come to light and this is our continuted struggle to get answers For the last 10+ years we've faced a wall of silence, which suggests there's more to this than meets the eye.
