The Ombudsman got back to me and after abit of back and forth we arrived here. cos they claimed this matter was looked at and so could not be looked at again... To which I pointed out that this was a new complaint about the fact I've not had access to the USB drive... which contains stuff I want to see...

So Barclays can send emails to the Ombudsman but not former clients with who they are in dispute, which probably is against the code of conduct for dealing with disabled people and access needs they might have.... so I asked about the email I want the whole electronic file... you know the stuff barclays claism can't be done cos it's all alien technology... (bunch of liars)

Which got the following result.... so the email must exist, which means I cna make another complaint about it

Cos in a fair society where customers have rights, it would seem correct to exercise these rights...
