More Inclusion according to Barclays

I had to ask the question, when confronted with yet more corporate speak saying how lovely Barclays are, why are clients from protected groups discriminated against...? Isn't Inclusion for everyone..?


It's a simple question, but like everything else Barclays is unable to answer this and can't provide evidence to the contrary... We as people have been bullied, lied to, ignored, sent on wild goose chases... to enable Barclays to shift the focus from the question about why they took the actions, they did. To make it more about the process of the arguement.... and not the content or reason of the issues. Which sounds very much like legal bullshit produced on command by solicitors employed by Barclays to keep the pressure on for clients while avoiding having to answer.


It's astounding, I nearly get crushed to death, have to teach myself to walk and talk again, only to have Barclays open up and try to take our home away... After I pointed based on the audit porcess I was put through showed the mortgage, was more than likely ill thought out lending and more than likely a mis sold product.

At that Point Barclays went all out, closed all our accounts and tried to silence what I was saying.... 10+ years later, after the Ombudsman found in my favour Barclays still claims they are the victim.... REALLY...!
