I've read the letters again and now Barclays claims, they will never talk to me again, As they've never closed my accounts... Then the second letter claims cos I've made some allegations they need to investigate as it's a serious allegation. My guess it's when I called them lairs cheats and thieves.... So they will reopen the closed complaints which according to them would never be reopened... cos they've done nothing wrong.... and the USB key they've sent is locked with a password or something I guess...?. so it's denial, rejection and concerned customers care all doing whats best for the Barclays share holders oh and of course a mystery object...
